How the Local and International Parasites have destroyed Greece
Then with Andreas Papandreou's famous slogan "Tsovola give out everything" (Tsovolas was his Finance Minister) he had started the real destruction of the Greek economy. The Greek state started borrowing in order to pay workers who did not produce anything and worked in companies that were going down the hill in Formula One speed.
At that time, tremendous amount of money was wasted in order to support PASOK's grip in power and the re election of Andreas Papandreou.
At the same time EEC had started the 1st and 2nd Delors' (the eighth President of the European Commission) packages, which were huge amounts of money reserved for the Greek economy in order to catch up with the rest of Europe. The Greek State was totally unable to utilize 100% of those packages due to its anachronistic and byzantine infrastructure and bureaucracy. The moneys utilized from the Delors' packages were used to bribe PASOK's cronies and technical companies that were supposed to create work and renovate the Greek Infrastructure. After that all is history...
The Greek State borrowed more and more until we got were we are today. The story above is the story of Greek local parasites. People, unable to have a job as the rest of the Greeks, were feeding by sucking the blood-money of the Greek state. The last 30 years we saw the story get repeated multiple times and all those times our beloved friends in European Union knew very well what was happening.
So, the international parasites played a huge role in the destruction of the Greek economy as well. They knew and they were benefiting from the destruction.
An Oil Fund for every country
If every country on the planet put aside $1 per each barrel of petroleum consumed on the earth every day, we will be able to create a fund similar to the Norwegian Fund for the Future Generations.
For example, the US consumes 6.97 billion barrels of petroleum per year (2015 data, https://www.eia.gov/tools/faqs/faq.cfm?id=33&t=6).
If that amount is invested and every year we keep adding to the fund then we will be in much better situation when oil is gone.

"Αφιερωμένο σε όσους γεννήθηκαν πριν το 1985
Πηγαίναμε με το ποδήλατο ή περπατώντας μέχρι τα σπίτια των φίλων και τους φωνάζαμε από την πόρτα. Φανταστείτε το! Χωρίς να ζητήσουμε άδεια από τους γονείς μας, ολομόναχοι εκεί έξω στο σκληρό αυτό κόσμο! Χωρίς κανέναν υπεύθυνο! Πώς τα καταφέραμε;

Greek fires and the Greek reality
Yes, Greece was all of the above sometime in the past.
Today, there is a new reality here.
A huge number of Greeks never read anything about the people who lived in this land (ancient Greeks, renaissance Greeks , etc.).
Very few Greeks know about the history of the land that they live on now.
Today, Greece is a huge garbage dumpster. When you visit, look around you, inside Delphi, ancient Olympia, etc. you see garbage everywhere.
A society of mindless wanderers who have no connection to what was there before.
A society that imprisoned her bravest fighter (Kolokotronis) against the Ottoman Empire.
The same minds govern the country today.
Land developers who burn the forest because they know that people have very short memory and in a few years they will develop the burned forest with the blessings of the politicians.
The politicians who today scream that the forests will be protected, as they did in the past.
But, they always say : the forest will be protected, they never said , the forest is protected.
We ask the simple question:
Why the land developers are not arrested as arsonists when they build in the burned forest?
The biggest land developers are the politicians that run this place.
The biggest land owner is the Greek Orthodox Church with titles from the Ottoman Sultan (How can, the so claimed fighters against the Ottoman Empire, ended up with so much land and titles from their so called enemy is another story).
Let's all work for a new reality, away from political parties.
Let's all work for a new consciousness, one that respects and loves the land and its all inhabitants (plants, animals, humans, microorganisms, etc.).
We may someday look back and realize the nightmare that we have lived in.
Let's hope it is only a nightmare.

The disappearance of a beautiful, sweet and noisy little creature

I took the initiative to write this message because of an event that happened this winter. It is an event of tremendous importance.
An event of cataclysmic consequences. It is an event of cosmogonic importance. A catastrophic event.
No, it has nothing to do with a war, or nuclear explosions, or volcanoes, or earthquakes, or tsunamis.
You may wonder that I have lost my mind, I say not yet. But, if that event has a follow up, I want to assure you that all of us, humans, we will loose our minds and consequently the way of life that we live.
So, what is that so important event?
The event is the disappearance of a beautiful, sweet and noisy little creature that many urban and neo-rural dwellers for years find annoying and have come up with hundreds of ways to exterminate.
This little creature is an insect that goes by the name of Apis mellifera otherwise called the domesticated Honey Bee.
By now you are sure that I have lost my mind completely.
Well, this winter beekeepers in the USA have lost close to 80% of their bees. You will say, so what, we have seen this before.
Well, no, we have not seen this before and the reason is very simple.
In the past, we have lost honey bees from many different causes, but every time we were able to find the dead bees and find out the virus or the mite or any other disease that killed them.
This time, nobody has found any dead bee. Nobody knows where the bees are and what happened to them. We are talking about millions of bees.
Every beehive has between 20,000 to 30,000 bees and the loss is between 70% to 80%. Industrial beekeepers have thousands of beehives.
It may be billions of bees.
The bee is responsible for the pollination of about 30% of agriculture crops. We have no idea what is the percent pollination for the wild.
If pollination stops, nature will stop, trees, wild flowers, vegetables and so many other flora species will seize to exist.
And what is next? Who knows.
We may ask, what can we do.
I say, let's begin by boycotting any industrial processed food.
Let's try to buy local and organic.
If we know any biodynamic food coop, let's go and buy from them.
Let's boycott super markets and the garbage that they sell to us.
Let's eat less.
Let's consume less.
Let's drive less.
Let's have reverence for the food we eat.
Let's thank and think about the farmer, the baker, the agriculture worker before we put another piece of food in our mouth.
Let's stop the madness of processed and commercial garbage that they feed us through the media.
For the sake of the little kids of the world.
Let's be humans again.
